I provide HR and mediation services. not legal advice. If legal input is needed, I am happy to work alongside your legal counsel.
Can you work on-site?
Absolutely, on-site across the Wellington Region and by arrangement elsewhere in New Zealand. I can also deliver sessions online or a blend of both .
How do you price your services?

What's the difference between mediation and HR advice?
Mediation is a neutral, confidential process to help parties reach their own agreement. I do not provide advice to either party during mediation.
HR Advice supports an employer to follow fair, compliant processes and make decisions. If I have advised on a matter, I will not mediate it.
Is mediation confidential?
Yes, I follow a confidential, impartial process aligned with AMINZ standards.
